After much discussion on ID-Frontiers the rather short-tailed bird in the 11 images below was deemed an
Audubon's shearwater with worn primaries and a very worn tail.

The 3 images above and the 2 on either side were taken at 12:24 p.m. at the back of the boat.

Ida Giriunas, (left and the leader of this trip), appeared to be having a fabulous time all day!

Rick Heil (right and back to) was ever present at his post and seemed just as happy as Ida!
